Heritage restoration project

Niara Built completed the heritage restoration of a series of row cottages in North Adelaide, carefully preserving the architectural character of these historic homes. The works included detailed façade restoration, roof repairs and the reconstruction of original brick chimneys, ensuring the integrity and longevity of the buildings. Through meticulous craftsmanship and respect for the original materials, the project revitalised these cottages while maintaining their historic significance within the streetscape.
